3. Project Plan:

Together, we craft a detailed project plan that is customised to your specific goals and timelines, outlining each step we will take and the clear deliverables we will provide. We work closely with you to ensure accountability and transparency throughout the process.
 

4. Reporting:

This allows you and your team members to access all the waste data we publish, matching your unique data needs. Communication is streamlined by linking relevant individuals in your accounting department to the platform, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.
 

5. Finalising the SLA:

7. Quarterly Surveys:

To ensure that we continually exceed your expectations, we conduct quarterly client surveys to measure your satisfaction levels with our services. This data is of utmost importance to us, therefor our board has a direct view of this data.
 
At the end of the day, we want you to brag about our service. The way we ensure this is by limiting our contracts to 1 year at a time, which allows you to cancel service if we stop meeting your expectations.
